Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.Failure to notify a cancellation within this period will result in a penalty charge of one nights accommodation tariff.Deposits: A deposit of one nights stay is required to confirm all bookings. This can be done by Visa/MasterCard/Cheque or Direct to Bank Account. Balance of Accounts: Balance of accounts are payable on arrival, sorry no reduction for early departure or late arrivals. Additional guests to those booked will incur additional charges. Any reduction in the number of guests will not be refunded, and full payment for those people may be required. Arrival and Departure Dates: Please ensure you check the dates of your booking carefully on your booking confirmation. Check in Time: After 2pm (please advise if you are arriving later than 8.00pm) Check out Time: 10am Tariff/Prices: Our Tariff/Prices are reviewed yearly for the new season starting June/July each year, please be aware prices may change when booking in advance from one season to the next and the new rates will apply.
